77tiger Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Player") and the 77tiger platform (hereinafter referred to as "77tiger" or the "Platform"). Using the platform — including browsing, registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and Sports Betting — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

77tiger reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a visible notice on the platform before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The version of these Terms currently in force is always the most recent one published on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 77tiger's services, the Player must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program — whether through 77tiger or any equivalent program.
• Not to use the platform professionally as a primary source of income, except under conditions expressly permitted by 77tiger.

77tiger may at any time request supporting documentation for identity, residency, and source of funds verification (KYC — Know Your Customer process). Failure to provide the requested documents within the indicated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform under any circumstances. 77tiger takes active age-verification measures and is not responsible for registrations made using false information to circumvent this restriction.

3 Player Account

Each Player may maintain only one active account on 77tiger. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

The Player is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials (email and password). We recommend using a strong, unique password for your 77tiger account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify platform support immediately.

77tiger is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the Player's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials. The account is personal and non-transferable — sharing access with third parties or allowing another person to play on your behalf is strictly prohibited.

Players must keep their registered email address up to date. Important communications regarding the account, withdrawals, and changes to the Terms are sent to that address. 77tiger is not responsible for missed communications due to an outdated or invalid email address.

4 Deposits and Payments

77tiger accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL (R$):

• Pix – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Balance available within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) – credited within 1 business day after payment.
• Credit and debit card – Visa and Mastercard. Instant processing.
• PicPay – instant processing.
• Mercado Pago – instant processing.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. 77tiger charges no fees on deposits — the full amount is credited to the Player's account. Any fees charged by the Player's bank or financial institution are the Player's sole responsibility.

All deposits must be made using payment methods held in the Player's own name. 77tiger does not accept third-party deposits. If a transaction of suspicious or inconsistent origin is identified, 77tiger may request additional documentation and place the funds on hold until the matter is resolved.

5 Withdrawals

77tiger processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix, to a bank account held in the registered Player's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. There is no fixed maximum per withdrawal — amounts above a certain threshold may be subject to a security review, which can take up to 72 hours.

Standard Pix withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes in the vast majority of cases, available 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. 77tiger charges no withdrawal fee under normal usage conditions.

Before making their first withdrawal, the Player may be required to complete the identity verification process (KYC), which includes submitting a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), a recent proof of address, and in some cases, proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit.

Balances derived from bonuses are subject to the rollover requirement specific to each promotion before they can be withdrawn. Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate on the platform, and players can view their rollover status in the account dashboard.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

77tiger offers a Welcome Bonus, free spins, and periodic promotions, all subject to the specific terms described on each offer's page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each Player is entitled to a single welcome bonus, tied to the first deposit made on the account.
• Bonuses have an expiration date — unused bonus balances that are not played through within the allotted time are automatically forfeited.
• The rollover requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal) varies by promotion and is always detailed on each bonus's dedicated page.
• Bets on table games (including blackjack and live roulette) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the rollover, as specified in the promotion.
• 77tiger reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before the rollover requirement has been met.

7 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available at 77tiger — slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games, and more — are provided by internationally licensed suppliers. Digital game outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNG) audited by certified independent laboratories, ensuring fairness and randomness.

The specific rules for each game are available within the game itself before each session begins. The RTP (Return to Player) for each slots title is shown in the game information. These figures are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual results.

77tiger's live casino tables are operated by human dealers in certified physical studios using real equipment (cards, roulette wheels, etc.). The outcome of these games is determined by the natural flow of play — with no intervention from the platform.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session, 77tiger applies the following policies:

• If a round begins and cannot be completed due to a technical failure on 77tiger's side, the wager is fully refunded to the Player.
• If a round was completed but the result was not recorded correctly, the platform's server log takes precedence as the definitive reference.
• Technical failures originating from the Player's device or internet connection are not the responsibility of 77tiger.

8 Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 77tiger — including pre-match and live — is subject to the following general conditions:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the system with a unique bet slip identification number.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds applicable to that bet slip, except in cases of obvious typographical errors or clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault.
• 77tiger reserves the right to suspend or void bets in markets that show anomalies, pricing errors, or evidence of result manipulation.
• For events cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours, stakes will be returned to the Player unless the sport-specific rules state otherwise.
• Cash Out (early settlement of live bets) is available on selected markets and may be suspended during periods of high volatility. The Cash Out value fluctuates with live odds and may differ from the original stake.

Bets identified as part of coordinated arbitrage schemes, systematic exploitation of odds errors, or the use of bots for automated betting will be voided and may result in account closure.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the 77tiger platform is subject to compliance with the following express prohibitions. Breaching any of the items below may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on the platform, whether using the same details or different ones.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes.
• Making deposits using third-party payment methods or funds of illicit origin.
• Attempting to fraudulently chargeback deposits after using the funds in games.
• Using automation software (bots), scripts, or prohibited assistance tools in games or betting.
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors on the platform for personal gain.
• Coordinating opposing bets across multiple accounts to artificially satisfy bonus rollover requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting members of the 77tiger support team.

10 Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

77tiger processes Players' personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected during registration and use of the platform — including name, CPF, email, payment details, and transaction history — is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and legal compliance (KYC and anti-money laundering).
• Deposit processing, withdrawals, and account management.
• Communication regarding platform updates, promotions, and legal notices.
• Fraud prevention and platform security.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

77tiger does not sell, rent, or share players' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and relevant authorities only when strictly necessary and as permitted by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

77tiger believes online entertainment is healthy when Players stay in control. That's why the platform offers a full suite of responsible gambling tools, available directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Decreases take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss limit: set a loss limit for a defined time period. Once reached, new games are blocked until the next period begins.
• Session timer: receive alerts after a set amount of continuous play time.
• Temporary break: suspend account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close access to the platform. This action is irreversible, and 77tiger commits to sending no further promotional communications following self-exclusion.

12 Limitation of Liability

77tiger is not liable for financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses from games and Sports Betting. The Player acknowledges that gambling and Sports Betting involve real financial risk, and that outcomes are partially or entirely determined by chance.

77tiger is not liable for:

• Temporary access disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.
• Service interruptions caused by third parties, such as internet providers or payment processors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized use of the Player's account caused by the Player's own negligence.
• Sports betting decisions made based on incorrect information from sources outside of 77tiger.

77tiger's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the real fund balance available in the Player's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

13 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

77tiger may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to the Player's registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before taking effect — except where the change is required by an immediate legal obligation.

It is the Player's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a Player disagrees with any change, they must close their account before the new terms come into force.

14 Account Closure

The Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 77tiger support via live chat or email at contato@77tiger.best. Prior to closure, the Player must withdraw all available balances. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

77tiger may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, 77tiger may hold the account balance for as long as necessary for the internal investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimate will be returned to the Player once the investigation is complete.

15 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo/SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

The Player agrees that low-value disputes — below R$ 20,000.00 — may first be submitted to 77tiger's internal mediation process by emailing contato@77tiger.best, before any legal action is taken. 77tiger commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days.

If any individual clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which remain in full force.
